A couple of points first off. I didn't know that the reach of Sen. Mitchell's report would go to the '90's (Mark Carreon!! Lenny Dykstra!!). I did include Gwynn and Ripken as a joke, but I'll stand by my guesses; they were mostly reasonable.
Also, note that the lean, mean hating hitting machine did not make the Senator's witch hunt list. This is due either to his innocence (0.01 %) or the fact that he's under federal indictment (99.9%). I have no problem counting Mr. Bonds as a score for my side. Or including recent bustees as Neifi! Perez or Guillermo Mota.
